​As a licensed professional mental health practitioner (PLMHP), I am committed to helping individuals in Nebraska find the inner strength to overcome their mental health challenges. With a Master's degree in Counseling from Crown College and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Business from Iowa State University, I bring a diverse set of skills to the therapeutic process. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Through my years of experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by those struggling with these conditions, both at a personal and a societal level. While I am a Christian, I am dedicated to providing care and support to all individuals regardless of their religious orientation. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment in which my clients can feel heard and valued, whatever their background or experiences may be.
